At Akshr Enterprises, we take pride in delivering quality products. However, if you face any issue with your order, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

✅ Eligible Return Reasons

We accept returns only in the following cases:

Wrong item received

Damaged or defective product (with proof)

Missing product in the package

Product not as described (must be verified with listing)

❌ Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return/refund:

Used or worn items (e.g., caps, hats, clothing)

Custom or religious items (e.g., Mata ki Chunri) unless damaged

Personal hygiene or medical/surgical items (due to safety reasons)

Items without original packaging or invoice

Orders with no proof of issue (video/image)

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

An unboxing video is mandatory to claim damaged, missing, or wrong items.

The product must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Buyer must ship the item back (if required) — shipping cost may be refunded in eligible cases.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

If return is approved after inspection

If the order was cancelled before shipping

If the product is out of stock and cannot be delivered

Refund Timeline:

Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method or UPI within 3–7 business days.

COD orders: Refund will be made via UPI/Bank Transfer after confirmation.

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please place a new order after refund/return.
