We currently ship across India, including metro cities, towns, and rural areas (subject to courier service availability).

⏱️ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment or confirmation (for COD orders).

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📦 Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Metro cities: 2–4 days

Non-metro or remote areas: 5–7 days

💰 Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499 or for COD orders, shipping charges may apply (shown at checkout).

🚫 Delayed / Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is delayed beyond 10 working days, please contact our support.

If the package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be cancelled or reshipped with extra charges.

🔁 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp.

You can use this link to track the delivery status in real-time.

❗ Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged parcel or if the packaging is tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

If already received, record an unboxing video and share it with us within 48 hours for investigation.
