These Terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers, and others.

2. Products

We make every effort to provide accurate product information, but we do not guarantee that all product descriptions or other content are complete, current, or error-free.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Final price will be confirmed at checkout.
4. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp.
Akshr Enterprises reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 working days and delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the location.
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, festivals, etc.).
We use third-party courier services; any delays caused by them are beyond our control.
6. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with unboxing video and images.
We do not accept returns for used products or items damaged due to misuse.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method or via UPI/Bank Transfer.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
8. Payment
We accept multiple payment methods including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
For COD orders, please ensure someone is available to receive and pay at the time of delivery.
